DS Transfer Manager
Smallworld CST Datastore (DS) Transfer technology allows you the ability to copy and compress your DS files. Since this process is only run ocasionally, most database administrators have to look up the directions on how to run this process. The DS Transfer Manager allows a user to easily set up a ds_transfer object and run it. The DS Transfer Manager supports the following options of the ds_transfer object
- Supports DS Transfers to/from local file system, GE Smallworld's SWMFS, and Oracle Repository
- Uses ACE Datastore to retrieve Spatial Object Controller definitions for available Datastore files
